IKARIA by-Diane Kochilas. is located in the middle part of the Aegean, it's known as the island where people do not live by the clock. It's home to some of the longest-living people on earth. I love the beautiful salads and the vegetable dishes. Everyday Italian by Giada De Laurentiis, I love her colorful tomato & seafood salads and you can't beat her yummy pasta recipes! I personally enjoy the prepping and the chopping, especially when you can cook with your family or friends.
