It's a cookbook about a "Longevity Lifestyle" for understanding how to eat healthy for your mind, body and soul. My meal above consists of white fish with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs de provence. The above salad consist of watermelon, arugula, kale, mint, jalapeños and goat cheese. A simple salad dressing made with Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, lemon juice and a touch of sea salt. I love the contrast of the watermelon and the spicy. I chopped portabello mushrooms, garlic, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and lemon juice, then I sautéed the mushrooms in the pan for 3-5 minutes.

We added an Italian Red with our meal mixed in with a little Latin Jazz. My husband and I have an enormous desire to see our teenage son with his family one day, as most families do, and we understand one way to accomplish that combines healthy eating habits and exercise. To eat healthy cost a bit more, but you will notice a difference in how you feel, and in the long run you will have fewer trips to the doctor. It's a small investment of time to a longer, healthier and happier way to live.
