Melissa Meyers and I shared a few of our favorite fitness brands with Who What Wear to kick off the summer “back in shape” motivation. Did anyone put on a few extra COVID pounds? I definitely enjoyed more pizza and pasta than usual and it sure was delicious and now it’s time to reel it in a bit!
Pilates, yoga, or foam roller? All of the above, please! As we get older it’s important to stay flexible! Since the shutdown I’ve been running 6 days a week so stretching and online yoga was a must. I’m happy to say my pilates place has opened up and has taken great safety measures!
This top is so comfortable that I also purchased it in black. These arm weights can be used as ankle weights too.
These Sunset Joggers are super versatile, I also wear these with my white button-down linen shirt and sandals. If you are up for traveling you’ll want to pack these!
When out for a walk, run or a fresh-air hike, these bike shorts are fun for a change. Paired with this light-weight top and water-resistant belt bag.
Now that we are finally able to run-around-town a bit more these days, we want activewear outfits that will keep us comfortable and stylish while staying safe. Matching sweat-sets, or joggers worn with a coordinating tee, both offer chic style and comfort.
The beach is finally open again, and it’s the perfect spot to get active by running, walking, or jumping waves. Best thing we can do to jumpstart our health is to take care of ourselves, eat healthy food, get our cardio in, and wear a mask. I think moving forward we will need to be smart and diligent about keeping our immune system at 100% so if you’ve dropped the ball now’s the time to pick it back up!
