Yes I know it’s a never-ending conversation when it comes to wearing a protective face mask. In an ideal world, social distancing, staying at home, and washing hands along with a proper shutdown just might have helped stop the spread of COVID-19. But it seems like no one really knows how this might play out, so I say, better safe than sorry and be respectful to those around us who may have pre-existing health conditions.
There does seem to be a decrease in cases but we haven’t even hit flu season. I’ve attached links below on helpful tips for nutrition and science. Not sure where this is all headed but for sure we are experiencing a shift and an opportunity for us all to educate ourselves, take charge of our own health, and working together. As far as traveling goes, when it all revs up again, I think I’ll be sporting a mask, I feel like they might be in our future for a while longer…they’ll definitely be in my back pocket. Overall, follow your gut and live your life however it feels best.
