Some fashion items come and go but lovely classics stay forever especially when it comes to handbags. I want to share my new discovery from Polène, she’s Parisian and she’s a keeper. I love her minimal, modern style and her cool IT girl design aesthetic. She’s confident and on-trend, yet classic, with the most fluid and graceful curves. Can you see why I’m in love…with my new Polène handbag? This is the Polène signature bag - the “Numero Huit” also known as the number eight. I personally think she’s more of a ten though….

Founded in 2016, Polène is a Paris-based, family-owned leather brand crafted in Spain. They had me at Paris and Spain! Paris because I was engaged there and Spain because I can’t wait to go there. Anyway, both are synonymous with expert craftsmanship and design. I’ve been road-testing my crush for a few weeks, taking her everywhere with me. I do admire their elegant attention to detail on all their bags, I love the two knots that dress the strap where it meets the top handle, the suede leather lining, and the gold-plated stainless steel hardware, and of course, hands-free if needed.

Polène’s attention to detail and quality is on par with top high-end designers, but with a price point that is très Magnifique! A classic bag I’ll keep forever.
